Refund policy

This refund policy explains my guidelines for purchases on hiredaemon.com. Please read it carefully before making a purchase. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

Standard plan

A Standard plan is a single payment for 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. If you change your mind, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Pro plan

The Pro price is made up of the Standard price for your plan's length plus a job matching cost. Within 7 days of purchase, you can request a refund of the Standard part, no questions asked, just like the Standard plan. The job matching cost isn't refundable, because job matching starts the moment your plan is activated. The AI starts comparing your CV with jobs straight away, so that cost has already been used.

After 7 days

After the 7-day window, plans aren't refundable, including for any months you don't use.

Payment problems

If you're charged but your plan doesn't start, or you're charged twice for the same plan, contact me through the contact us page and I'll refund the failed or extra payment in full, even after the 7-day window.

Technical issues

In the rare event of a technical issue that stops you from using something you paid for, such as paid features not being unlocked or job matches not arriving, please contact me right away through the contact us page. I'll look into it and fix it promptly, including a refund where appropriate, even after the 7-day window.

Cancellation

Plans are paid for once and don't renew automatically, so there's nothing to cancel. Your plan simply ends at the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.

How to request a refund

To request a refund within the 7-day window, reach out through the contact us page with the email address you sign in with. Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay and returned to your original payment method. They usually take 5 to 7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.

Prices are in USD. If you paid in another currency, the amount you get back may differ slightly because of exchange rates.

Browsing jobs on hiredaemon.com is free, so you can see the kind of jobs listed before you pay anything. Prices are shown on the pricing page, and the full Pro price, including the job matching cost, is shown on the Payment step before you pay. If you have any questions about how plans work, please contact me before buying.

Policy updates

I may update this refund policy at any time. Any changes take effect as soon as the updated policy is posted on this page. Your continued use of the website after such changes means you accept the new policy.
